Daniel J. Kravitz, M.D. perform a number of plastic surgery procedures for correction of medically-related problems, which include:
- The repair of eyelid deformities
- Ectropion – the drooping of the lower eyelids
- Entropion – the turning in of the lower eyelids
- Blepharoplasty – the removal of excess skin of the eyelid in cases where the lid is too heavy and causes vision to be hindered.
Eyelid surgery is performed in The Center For Sight’s AAAHC-certified Ambulatory Surgery Center as an outpatient procedure under local anesthetic. Dr. Kravitz will perform a thorough evaluation prior to your surgery to discuss the procedure in detail, as well as your recuperation time.
